Accepted Payment Methods
- Domestic Payments (India): We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking through our highly secure Razorpay payment gateway.
- International Payments: For customers outside India, we accept payments securely via PayPal.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for eligible pin codes within India. (Please note: Refunds for COD orders are provided as store credit only.)
Payment Security
Your security is very important to us. All online transactions are processed through encrypted, secure payment gateways. Crystal Divine does not store your credit card or bank account information on our servers at any time.
Payment Gateway Charges & Refunds
Please carefully note our policy regarding payment gateway fees in the event of an order cancellation or refund request:
Payment Gateway charges will not be refunded. These fees are billed directly by the payment gateways at the time of the transaction and are non-refundable to us.
- Razorpay (India): 2.36% for standard Indian Debit/Credit Cards and Net Banking (4.72% for American Express).
- Razorpay (Foreign Cards): 3.54% deduction.
- PayPal (International): 5.19% deduction.
*All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%).
