7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your crystal or jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our support team with your Order ID and an unboxing photo/video of the affected item.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original velvet pouch and protective packaging, with all authenticity tags intact.

Customized or personalized gemstone sizing orders cannot be returned unless received in damaged condition.

Reverse Pickup & Processing

Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse courier pickup from your address. Replacement items will be dispatched within 48 hours of pickup verification.
