Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch directly from your customer account or by emailing support@divinecrystal.com. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.

Refund Modes & Timelines

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): Refund will be credited directly to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
• COD Orders: Refund will be processed via direct NEFT/UPI transfer to your bank details upon receipt of returned goods.
