7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Natural Imperfections

Please note: Crystals are natural stones. Small chips, scratches, and color variations are part of their natural beauty and are not considered defects. We do not offer refunds for natural variations.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our support team with your Order ID and a photo of the item. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
